We are very proud to announce Kendall Franklin Mull as the winner of our Cheers to the Exceptional One contest as voted on by Peoples Bank’s social media audience in July, 2018. Mrs. Mull was nominated by several members of her community for her tireless work providing baskets that contain items that families who have children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) will need.
This is just one of the nominations for Mrs. Mull that touched our hearts:
“Kendall was blessed to carry her son, Harrison Carter Mull full term. He only lived 18 days. He stayed in the NICU and was never able to go home. In an effort to honor his life, she and her husband Joshua are creating baskets that are given away free for other parents that find themselves in the same situation. They have personal care items and snacks so that parents do not have to leave the hospital to get these things. Out of their grief, they are giving to others to honor Harrison and his short life. This couple is an inspiration to all those that hear their story. This money will help to continue the legacy of #HarrisonSTRONG and make sure the baskets continue to be filled and donated to Levine Children’s Hospital. If you meet Kendall, you will never be the same. She is beautiful inside and out! She is bubbling over with joy, as she puts together these baskets because she knows what a blessing they will be to some weary parent. Please consider her as the Exceptional One!”
